12 days of Fitness boxing workout

Just like the Christmas song, the 12 days of Fitness is an accumulating challenge in which you start round 1 with 1 exercise and finish round 12 with a circuit of 12 exercises!

Book into our boxing classes on the 18th or 20th of December to complete it in a group setting OR alternatively just ask staff to use the boxing gear next time you’re visiting The Gym within staffed hours.

On the first day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 1 burpee

On the second day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 10 uppercuts

On the third day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 5 sit-ups

On the fourth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 30 Jab/Crosses

On the fifth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 5 squats

On the sixth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 20 uppercuts

On the seventh day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 5 push-ups

On the eighth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 20 Jab/Crosses

On the ninth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: High knees for 30 seconds

On the tenth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 30 uppercuts

On the eleventh day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 50 mountain climbers

On the twelfth day of Christmas THE GYM gave to me: 1 minute plank
