A combination of cardio, coordination and muscular endurance.

Using gloves, focus pads and body-weight movements you will fight your way to a fitter, healthier version of you! With a combination of upper body, lower body and core exercises you will be sure to get a full body workout experience! This class is suitable for beginners to advanced levels of fitness with a supportive instructor and motivating group atmosphere!

Duration: 55 minutes
Equipment Required: Boxing gloves and/or inners, towel, water bottle.
Price: $15 casual visit / $130- 10 class pass / Direct debit membership option available
