The Class

Group Active® is your all-in-one workout! Get a well-rounded, complete fitness experience with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and balance-flexibility training.

You’ll use an adjustable STEP® and adjustable dumbbells so the entire workout can be customized for your individual fitness goals. Group Active is an ideal place to start (or restart) your fitness journey, and it is also perfect for experienced exercisers or anyone who wants to do it all in just one hour. Group Active is the perfect way to ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE!
