Mind over matter!

Hi I’m Jenna. I’m a proud mum of 2 (soon be 3!) and I’ve always been passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. My career in health and fitness started from my love of attending regular Group Power classes and one-on-one Personal Training sessions at The Gym with Jess.

After 8 years of banking, and the birth of my 2 beautiful children, I decided to start teaching Group Fitness classes so that I could share my passion and experience with others, and to help motivate and inspire other young mums to make an active lifestyle a priority. As well as teaching three Group Power classes at The Gym each week, I am also working part time at GIO providing insurance advice and spending lots of time with my precious growing family.
