Hi, I’m Mitch. I got involved in the fitness industry the same way a lot of people do; I wasn’t happy with my body shape and I wanted to change!

After 18 months of regular exercise and healthy eating I was noticing dramatic results and I couldn’t wait to learn more, and to find ways in which I could share my experience and help others. At The Gym, I design and instruct gym programs, teach Group Power and Boxing classes and also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions! The favourite part of my job is watching the transition of our members as they become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier all through regular exercise and healthy eating!
