Who doesn’t want strong, defined legs for Summer, right!?

here it is, a leg day pyramid workout!

10 x Calf Raises

20 x Side Lunges

30 x Alternate Lunges (Walking or on spot)

40 x Step-ups (20 each side)

50 x Squats

After you’ve finished the squats, go straight back into the step-ups and work your way back down.

Note; All exercises can either be done body-weight or you can advance each movement by adding resistance!

 

How many rounds can you do? I’m aiming for three!
