How much does it cost?

1 x Upfront payment of $199
Optional end of challenge muscle tee = additional $30

*Non-gym members = There will be 8 additional payments of $24.95 set up on a direct debit system.
This will allow you full access to The Gym & unlimited group fitness classes for the duration of the challenge with an option to continue after the 8 weeks.

*Existing ‘gym-only’ members, we highly recommend you upgrade your membership to include unlimited group fitness classes for the duration of the challenge, however this is not compulsory!

(Already an Metabolic Jumpstart club member?? If you don’t require a tune-up you will save $50!)

When does it start?
The next Gym 8-week challenge begins on Monday the 4th of February 2019.
If you are ready to commit and make lasting change to your exercise and diet habits you need to register by Thursday the 31st of January 2019!

What do i ‘win’?

Although we will be working together as a team for optimal support, this challenge is an individual one- there is no ‘biggest loser’ or a ‘winner’ as such. The way we see it is that after 8 weeks, all participants of the challenge will be considered ‘winners’ as you will have made positive, realistic and lasting changes to your exercise and diet habits.
