Covid 19 Closure Update
As you are all well aware, as of 12pm, March 23rd 2020, we were forced to close our doors for the first time since turning into a 24-hour facility in July 2014.
At the gym, our mission is simple – we want to help change lives! We educate our clients on safe and effective exercise and lifestyle habits with the long term goal in mind of making them feel physically and mentally better about themselves. We bring like-minded people together and have formed our own gym community which is welcoming and supportive.
We know that active people are happier, healthier, more confident, stronger, more productive and most of all, at lower risk of disease. It is for this reason, that we believe now more than ever, MOVEMENT is essential and we should be making our Health & Fitness a priority, and also encouraging our family & friends to join us!
Despite our doors being closed, and being unable to provide the environment and tools for change that we normally do, we will still be striving to do our very best to provide education and support and we’ll get through this stage together bigger and better than ever!
We ask that you follow our social media pages during this time as it will be our best point of contact. For anyone who is not on social media, we will be doing our best to also post information on our website blog.

Membership management during our closure
Direct Debit Members
We have applied an indefinite suspension on the collection of ALL direct debit membership fees, including all payments due for Monday, 23rd March.
What does this mean for you?
- A suspension/pause on all membership fees
- No suspension fees charged
- Debit Success will continue to attempt any outstanding overdue fees and planned one off payments.
- No action required for the member. This is already in place as mentioned above.
All memberships will be placed on hold for the time of closure. Once we are allowed to reopen our doors, these memberships will reactivate with the end date amended/extended to include the time which was lost.
This applies for all 10 visit passes, 3 month, 6 month & 12 month membership options.
Again, there is no action required by the member for this to apply.
