Hi I’m Jacob! I am currently completing the practical component of my Certificate 4 in Personal Training so that I will soon be able to deliver one-on-one sessions and help others achieve their Health and Fitness goals!

Health and fitness has always been a huge interest of mine and after completing work experience at THE GYM in 2016, I was eager to get involved in the fitness industry and to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with our members.

Did you know?

  • His go-to post workout meal is chicken breast – either in a wrap or with rice!
  • His biggest footy achievement (so far) was playing for the Canberra Raiders under 20’s side!
  • If he had to choose one exercise it said it would have be the bench press (and he claims to lift more than Mitch)
