Trainer Introduction
You’ve got this!
Hi I’m Jess. Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life! From a young age I’ve participated in both team and individual sports and competed at high levels. I believe my determination and passion to reach my own goals, and willingness to help others is what inspired me to start a career in the fitness industry.
In 2007 I first walked into ‘The Gym’ as a 15-year-old work experience kid, and in 2013 I was fortunate enough to turn my passion into a career by purchasing the business. Each and every-day, I wake up fuelled with determination & passion and I am constantly working on new ways to improve our facility and give our members the best experience possible. I believe exercise is something that should be a regular and consistent part of EVERY lifestyle and my aim is to help individuals create healthy long-term habits by making exercise fun, enjoyable and accessible, in a welcoming and friendly environment.
