Are you sick and tired of doing the same program over and over again? Are you lacking motivation? Then personal training is for you!

You may be training for a specific sport, a challenging outdoor activity or recovering from an injury. Our trainers will tailor your program to suit YOU as an individual and help you get the most out of each session.

Whether it is once a week, or 5 times a week our personal trainers will guide you through your fitness journey by monitoring your progress, pacing you at the right intensity, teaching you new exercises with correct technique and most importantly, encourage and keep you motivated!

Members Non-Members
One-on-One $50 per session $60 per session
One-on-One (10 sessions) $400 ($40 per session) $500 ($50 per session)
Gym program renewal = $35 for members
