Pilates Mat class is a low impact, floor based workout which can benefit all fitness levels

In this 50-minute class you will experience a full body workout focusing on improving posture, coordination, flexibility, balance and core strength. With regular practice you will experience reduced back pain, lower stress levels and better overall movement health.
