How hard could 20 seconds really be?

This is a time based circuit style workout. In a TABATA set, each round lasts 4 minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times.

Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment Required: Drink bottle, Towel.
