How hard could 20 seconds really be?
Did somebody say High Intensity Interval Training!? Inspired by a training method which is popular among our Super Saturday workout and Personal Training sessions.
This is a time based workout. In a TABATA set, each round lasts 4 minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times.
Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment Required: Drink bottle, Towel.
