THE CLASS
A combination of cardio, coordination and muscular endurance.
Using gloves, focus pads and body-weight movements you will partner up and fight your way to a fitter, healthier version of you! This class is suitable for beginners to advanced levels of fitness with a supportive instructor and a motivating group atmosphere!

Equipment Required: Boxing gloves and inners, towel, water bottle.
