Group Fight® is an explosive cardio workout fuelled by MMA moves from inside and outside the octagon to strengthen the entire body. You are your own opponent in this high-energy experience that borrows training styles from mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, and more!

Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout that shatters your body in just 45 minutes.

Duration: 45 minutes
Equipment Required: Drink bottle, Towel.
