Group Active® is your all-in-one workout! Get a well-rounded, complete fitness experience with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of balance-flexibility training.
You’ll use an adjustable STEP® and adjustable dumbbells so the entire workout can be customized for your individual fitness goals.
